- Tuesday, December 1st 2:30-4:45 p.m. (Normal ECA Electrum Rehearsal)
- Tuesday, December 2st 6:00-9:00 (Normal ECA Sound Rehearsal)
- Thursday, December 3rd 3:00-5:00 p.m. (Normal ECA Sound Rehearsal)
- Thursday, December 3rd 6:00-9:00 p.m. (Normal ECA Electrum Rehearsal)
- Saturday, December 5th (Winter Spec Blocking Rehearsal – see specific times for each choir below)
-10:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m. Cantus
-11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Sound
-12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. Electrum
-2:00-3:00 p.m. Voce/Statesmen
-2:00-5:00 p.m. Cantabile
- Monday, December 7th 4:30-6:00 p.m. (Friday recording tech rehearsal) – see specific times for each choir below
-Tech Rehearsal for Sound and Cantus Friday Night Recording Session – 3:00-6:00 p.m.
-Electrum will join for All is Well at 5:30 p.m.
- Tuesday, December 8th 2:30-5:30 p.m. (Saturday recording tech rehearsal) – see specific times for each choir below
-This rehearsal is for Mixed groups (i.e., Electrum, Cantabile, Statesmen/Voce)
- Wednesday, December 9th 2:00-6:00 p.m. (Friday recording dress rehearsal) – see specific times for each choir below
-2:00 p.m. Unisex groups start getting into costumes
-Dress Rehearsal for Sound and Cantus Friday Night Recording Session – 3:00-6:00 p.m.
-Electrum will join for All is Well at 5:30 p.m.

-2:00 p.m. – students start getting into costume

- Friday, December 11th 3:00-6:00 p.m. Recording Session #1
– Unisex Groups and Electrum Get into Hair and Make-up after school Friday at 2:30 p.m.
– 3:30 p.m. Cantus Records two pieces and get group picture
– 4:30 p.m. Sound Records two pieces and get group picture
– 5:30 p.m. – Record Cantus, Sound, and Electrum performing “All is Well”
- Saturday, December 12th
-1:00 p.m. Electrum gets in costume for group pictures and head shots
-1:30 p.m. Cantabile, Voce, and Statesmen get in costume and make-up
-2:00 p.m. Voce and Statesmen record two pieces and get group picture
-3:00 p.m. Cantabile records two pieces and gets group picture
-4:00 p.m. Electrum records two pieces and gets group picture
-5:00 p.m. All Mixed Groups Record “All is Well”
